Purpose and acceptance

The site presents SENLINK SERVICES’ offerings and allows visitors to submit a request or message through the forms provided.

Accessing the site implies acceptance of these terms as published at the time of your visit. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Access to the site

No user account is required. SENLINK SERVICES endeavours to keep the site available but may suspend access, in whole or in part, for maintenance, updates or technical reasons, without notice or compensation.

The publisher may modify, suspend or remove any content or feature. Information on the site is indicative and may change.

Permitted use

You may browse the site and use the forms to submit a legitimate request related to the services offered, for personal or professional purposes and in compliance with the law.

Any use must respect third-party rights, applicable regulations and the proper functioning of the site.

Prohibited uses

The following are prohibited in particular: unauthorised access to systems, data or restricted areas; introducing viruses, malware or harmful code; actions intended to disrupt, overload or damage the site or its infrastructure; abusive automated harvesting of content (intensive scraping) without prior agreement; impersonation; or submitting unlawful, defamatory, misleading content or content that infringes third-party rights through the forms.

SENLINK SERVICES may block or ignore any request that is manifestly abusive, fraudulent or contrary to these terms.

Forms and requests

Information submitted through the forms must be accurate and relevant. Submitting a request does not create a contract: it allows SENLINK SERVICES to review your needs and, where appropriate, send you a commercial proposal.

Processing of personal data related to the forms is described in the privacy policy.

Intellectual property

Site content (text, visuals, structure, the name “SENLINK SERVICES” and distinctive signs) is protected. Except where the law permits otherwise, any unauthorised reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation is prohibited. See also the legal notice.

Links to third-party sites

The site may contain links to external websites or profiles (e.g. social networks). SENLINK SERVICES has no control over these resources and disclaims liability for their content, availability or data practices.

Security — user obligations

You agree to use the site responsibly and not to compromise its security. In particular, you must not attempt to bypass protective measures, extract data you are not entitled to access, or exploit a vulnerability for malicious purposes.

If you notice a security issue affecting the site, please inform us promptly using the publisher’s contact details, without premature public disclosure that could increase risk.

Security — measures in place

SENLINK SERVICES applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the site and data transmitted through it, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), appropriate security headers and professional hosting.

Technical logs may be generated for security, diagnostics and proper operation. No measure can guarantee absolute security on the internet; users remain responsible for the security of their own devices and connections.

Limitation of liability

Information on the site is provided for general information only. It does not constitute legal, tax or professional advice, nor a firm contractual offer, unless confirmed in writing by SENLINK SERVICES.

To the extent permitted by law, SENLINK SERVICES shall not be liable for indirect damage, loss of profit or harm resulting from use or inability to use the site, interruption, content errors or events beyond its reasonable control (including force majeure).

Changes to these terms

SENLINK SERVICES may amend these terms to reflect changes to the site, services or the law. The applicable version is the one published on this page at the time of your visit. The business may add a “last updated” date here after internal approval.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Subject to mandatory rules, any dispute relating to use of the site shall be submitted to the competent courts in Switzerland, with the publisher’s habitual forum preferred where permitted by law.
