Privacy policy

This notably includes data you enter in forms: identity (e.g. first and last name), contact details (email address, phone number), company if you provide it, and information about your request (service, description of needs).

Technical data (such as IP address, timestamp, browser type) may be generated automatically by the hosting environment or content delivery network (technical logs). Such processing is generally linked to secure operation of the service and incident resolution.

Data is processed to: respond to your request or message; prepare or follow up a commercial quote or offer; manage any ongoing business relationship; and ensure proper functioning and security of the site. Legal bases include in particular pre-contractual measures or performance of a contract at your request, legitimate interests for security and reasonable administration of the site, and, where applicable, compliance with legal obligations.

Data is kept for as long as necessary for these purposes, and thereafter within any limits set by applicable obligations (including accounting, tax or record-keeping rules where commercial documents are retained).

The site is intended to remain lean: non-essential cookies or trackers are avoided where possible. Strictly necessary cookies or technical mechanisms for operation or security may be used. If analytics tools, third-party embeds or other tracker-based services are added later, this policy will be updated and, where required by law, a choice will be offered before any non-essential placement.

Data is processed by authorised staff at SENLINK SERVICES. Technical processors may assist as sub-processors (site hosting, email delivery, maintenance), acting on instructions and in compliance with the FADP.

Data is not transferred to countries without an adequate level of protection within the meaning of the Act without appropriate safeguards. If an international transfer became necessary, safeguards foreseen under the FADP would be implemented and this policy updated accordingly.

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are applied to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for the site. No internet transmission is entirely risk-free, however.

Subject to legal conditions, you may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability where applicable, and objection as provided by the FADP. You may lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) if you consider that processing infringes the law.
